Break a rotor straightening and reconditioning.
Straightening:
We have successfully straightened rotors and carriers which have been bent as far as 8mm.
Provided the outer rotor is not dished due to extensive wear or over heating and does not have a crease at the point of impact it can probably be straightened to a tolerance of 0.2mm for as little as $60.00 to $100.00.

Reconditioning:
If your rotors are too loose and fail a warrant due to worn rivets, buttons or carriers or the outer rotor is worn to thin send them to us.
Front rotor outers cut and ground from Biz alloy plate are $250.00 (or $275.00 for wave pattern). The rivets will need replacing with our hard anodised full floating buttons at a cost of $15.00 per button.
Turnaround from receiving your worn rotors is generally ten to twenty days |
